Reasons to go back: Weather, prices, crazy cheap houses, and the Challenger!

$3-50/ $4-00 a gallon 'gas' prices  

Smaller gallon, but still . . .

You won't believe what the house prices are!  Small detached house with attached garage big enough for a full hydraulic ramp . . . . $50K, 10% down - yes that is dollars!

But most of the houses are wooden or prefab constrction, hence being cheaper.

Most of the houses are wood, but not pre-fab.  In fact, brick houses are made of wood with a ~1" brick cladding on the outside.

That doesn't mean some of them aren't really solid.  My parents have one that is well above average in build quality.  But yes, most of them aren't as solid.
