Sounds like the Yamaha forum is as good as the MG Rover forum, and I won't even mention the Audi forums....

Fair enough.

Vag group forum complete waste of space. Quite happy to mention it, personally.

Sounds like the Yamaha forum is as good as the MG Rover forum, and I won't even mention the Audi forums....
you can use any thing on the zx mines the same what ever is lying around the garage  chuck it in and it runs fine  ;D ;D
apart from spitting all the oil out from where gear linkage goes in.  Really never fancied changing that one  :-[

not had no trouble with mine (touch wood ) hope it stays that way  ;D picked up a engine with low miles for mine on ebay for £16 just in case  had to collect it but well worth it :y
