You may have finished the job by now but it is easy to miss one of the timing belt cover bolts just above/left of the aux belt tensioner.

if your already at the point where youve got to the water pump and removed te three screws its easy from there. 15Mm on the aux belt tensioner. Turn clock wise. Pull belt off. Release tension. Slackened off pullies. Undo four cover screws. Your there. I love knocking the water pump off. Last time i didnt drain the coolant on purpose as i love to see the block drain. Weirdness i know :-)

Steve what do you mean by 15nm on the aux belt tensioner mate? It needs far more than 15nm to release the auxbelt tension if thats what you mean. Also good practise to undo all the pulley bolts before removing the auxbelt.
There are also 5 bolts holding the cambelt cover on some aswell as 4 on others :y

Big Thx to everyone who posted help, waterpump is done for the grand total of £43.00 which i'm definately happy about, since the last waterpump to go on me (vectra) involved rebuilding the head.

Gonna park this up and go for a beer i reckon  :y
