Not to mention Dairy and sugar.

...and Curry.

Nothing wrong with curry. ;)

.. as long as you lose enough weight the next day to offset it. ::)
...Day? :o

OK.. probably more like 45 seconds, in that time between brushing my teeth and taking a shower. :-X

A lot of it's down to apathy..... Why go to all that effort of going to the shops to buy food when you can get a pizza delivered...  :o
not apathy mate---how many kids these days actually cook---my neice is 25 -got 2 kids and cant cook-----funny she is er well fat big boned and kids too :( :(

So she should learn to cook and feed her kids properly, but maybe she can't be bothered....  :-\ Apathy mate!  ::)

Yoghurt!

Used to hate the stuff - why pay good money for milk that's gone off and tastes sour?

A few weeks ago, for some reason I can't remember, I tried some of my wife's fruit yoghurt and really liked it.  So I bought a big tub for myself.  Very enjoyable until I just happened to read the ingredients list - it was about 20% sugar!  It may be organic, it may be low fat, but it ain't good for you!  So I tried some unsweetened natural yoghurt - just as disgusting as I remembered from years back.

My point is that people buy this stuff because everyone says it's good for you, but it just makes you fat.

On the other hand, I eat too much bread and too much cheese, so I'm fat anyway.
