Does the vibration change at different speeds and does it occur at a certain speed, and dissaapear at a set speed.?

it occurs only in 1 and 2 speed entering and exit roundabout, or when uphill start and turn left or right
when it happens reducing the acceleration it disappears
when accelerate straight and at higher speed there is no problem

i wonder if this is more related to the diff half shafts rather than gearbox, propshaft, coupler.
From the discription sounds like the shudder is when the car is turning either r/l and underload
so could be the joint on the half shaft.
Does the car have a LSD DIFF?

from the rear diff on either side of the car is a drive shaft, and at each end of the drive shaft is a universal joint with a rubber gaitor on it, these are the joints that allow flex of the suspension whilst the car travels forward and the suspension travels up and down.
Check the condition of these joints for slopyness and also the rubber gaitors for splits and tears, if split then the grease may have leaked out and road dirt and salt may have entered the joint and caused damage.Other than that then I dont know how else to help you, perhaps someone else may have an idea.

Have you checked wheel bearings and wheel nuts for correct tightness, also worth checking conditon of front wishbone bushes and lower swivel joints as well.

no, it was not wishbone bush.
problem was some plate in diff, don't know name  but here is pic that i found on net (not from Omega)

seams that the plate is acting as spring and after time of usage is aligned
on the press we warp out centre
now i have no vibration, but don't know how long it will be OK

on the automotive hoist
before > when turning one wheel  other one was standing still
now > when turning one wheel other one is turning in the same direction

think now I should have better traction, will know after few days testing
