At the front of the propshaft there is a large rubber coupling on the front universal joint, these become soft with age and can cause driveline vibration, check it by gripping the prop at the front and try to see if there is exessive movement, if yes then change it.
It could be the centre rubber vibration damper but i would go with the front first.

YEP,
but the one one ebay you linked to is used and therefor unknown quality, also it does not list its model fitment as to what what engine size. they might be all the same but you will have to check that with your local dealer. if you fit a used part you might end up doing the job twice.
Some parts you need to buy new. More informed on here will be able to help you as to poss variations in part no and fitment.

Take that part No to your local dealer and ask if they are the same across the range.

I found
it is PROPSHAFT BALANCE WEIGHT GM 90522611
http://www.ebay.com.sg/itm/VAUXHALL-OPEL-OMEGA-V6-PROPSHAFT-BALANCE-WEIGHT-GM-90522611-612-/310379449979?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item48440e8e7b

is it possibly to repair, what can go wrong with it?

is it possible to drive without balance?
preice for new is about 600 Euro and can't find replacement

What makes you think yours is faulty mate, is yours damaged in anyway ? as far as i can see there is nothing to go wrong with the balance weight, have you checked the prop shaft to see if the small balance wieght is still attatched to the propshaft. It is a curved piece of metal stuck to the prop half way along its length, if that is missing it could give you the symptoms that you describe.
