Run lock is a great idea WHEN IT WORKS :D :D ;D ;D One of our cars isn't wired up right  ??? (saying nothin about the garages  :-X :-X :-X ) went to a RTC  put run lock on (allegedly) then a colleague needed to move the car, I gave him the key he moved it and I forgot to ask for it back. We all then resumed I got back in the car & drove it all the way back to the nick with no key. Only realised when I got out to lock it.  :o ::)

Hmm. if the steering lock had engaged... :o

Our Serg. was speaking the other day now its getting colder about the amount of people who leave their cars running on the drive and telling us to advise them against leaving the keys in. Its amazing how many leave em unlocked / engine running on the drive & wonder why they go missing.

I did that for years, swmbo did it with hers parked on the road, but 2 years ago my sister in law had her 4x4 stolen and the insurance would not pay out.... :( :( :(  They must have been watching for a few days, checking out her morning routine as she lived right in the estate in a quiet culdesac, they did get a rear door returned by the Police, it hangs on the wall in their factory unit..... ::) ::)
