It is a fair amount (I get the same speeds here), but if the server at the other end can only manage to serve it up at 10Mbit then anything else is a waste.
I'm not a big downloader, but when I want a large file, I want it NOW

. Generally, the likes of MS, Debian/Redhat derived Linux have decent bandwidth, more than enough to max my lines

For me, FTTC type speeds, really make cloud storage genuinely feasible and useful, and VPN'ing to work decent (Virgin are rubbish for that, sadly, as the upload is just a tad too low). I'd rather see my upload increase than my download - plus you lot would be happier if my upload was quicker, when you are caning the tits off OOF

As an aside, up until April 2011, OOF was served over a 256kbit link
