Jumped on some scales on Tuesday to find i'm piggin 19 stone 2 pounds so that's it .............. 5 small snacks a day.

No sugar / bread or anything with fat on it if I can help it   :(
Its going to kill me but I don't want to end up a diabetic or worse, have a heart attack  :(

Lightweight   ;D

Actually that makes me feel pretty good at about 2 stone less  :y Now what's for lunch ?

A family size bag of Doritos Chilli Heat wave for me ;D

First one to say fat git better run :)  You don't need to run far or indeed fast as the chance of me catching up with you are slim (unlike me ;D ;D )
