If you felt intidated by this pikey lead stealing unwashed van driver then id say 999 and help im being raped by an IS terrorist who has an AK47 and a sharp Veg Knife.

Probably get half the station turn up for a nosey... ;D
As many know, my eldest bro has a retail business selling low volume, high value goods, so is frequently a target.  The last armed robbery he had, he called 999, explaining the situation as it was unfolding, but was asked to call back when the criminals had left, then plod could pop in.

They left empty handed that time, as one of his more elderly staff, a 5' 60+  year old had more balls than the Police.

So, no, plod wouldn't turn up unless they had an armed unit.

Well. Seems I did indeed fulfill my obligations on full at the scene. Nothing further to report. No further action necessary to satisfy legalities.

According to the lady at the desk and an officer in an interview room.

I think they all point to the data base now. :-\

Any evidence that the bumper moved out of place :-\

I could send you the body dimensions for the boot if you want to check the shell alignment, you only need a tape measure and the lpg shouldn't be in the way...

Nah it's fine mate don't worry.  It wasn't hard enough a hit, although there is a witness mark on the bumper.  ....and some scuffs on the pas side door.

The crash bar is worth checking over then... if you need the bumper off at some point :-\
