I can sympaphise with you, I've had two microdiscectomies on my back within the past 9 years, so I know what the pain can be like.  Still have trouble even today but it will get better for you, all the best. :(

my back went a couple of months ago so i know how your feeling mate,
 only mine went whilst i was sat on the loo and i could not move a bean,
the wife then proceeded to call an ambulance, then who should turn up but two female paramedics ,,, talk about embarrasing

Sorry - that made me laugh :-[

I may try the stronger pain killers again.

I am not light and I fell about 5 - 6 foot.

I think the doctor (who was going too basic) was trying to say equivalent of bruised bones.

I think it is ligaments torn and possibly some disc damage.

I have full flexibility but my back aches.
