The size restriction is more to do with courier vehicles and sorting systems... Proper companies train their staff to know what they can and cannot collect, ie exposed metal, too long etc. Any oversized or awkward items will demand a handling premium.

Basically if the consignment is booked in honestly and accurately, then there's no reason for it not to be collected and delivered. The company might refuse the consignment at point of booking, but once collected, it should be delivered. End of.

So what will be coming here first....my exhaust or santa

Eternal don't care....the courier doesn't care.....it would be a bit pointless for us to guess.

Stick a hand written note to Santa up your chimney asking if he could deliver it to you on Christmas eve . . .  seem to remember from years ago that he is very obliging  . .

Is this eternal or ETS?

I always used ETS and had no issues

I have used both without issue, though admittedly not in their xmas busy period when no courier wants anything awkward.

Going by the boxes we've had in the last few days, they're not interested in small light boxes either. Today's looked like it had been driven over by a truck. Fortunately, rocker gaskets are hard to damage that way.
