If thinking electrician, why not just focus on electrical safety testing.

Less stress on the body.

richie trust me plumbing with a bad back is not a good idea can be a lot of bending and stretching  although if you do a plumbing course and pass i will always have some work for you as its all picking up now :y

IMHO.. exercise is the best cure for a bad back.  I have prolapsed discs since a swimming accident when I was 20.  Now 57 and, after getting a bit of decent advice n what to do about core and back strengthening exercises, I have never looked back.  Takes a while to do all my exercises (4 to 6hrs a week) but well worth it. :y :y :y
