Just got it back from the MOT station that it got tested at, ok'd them to do the repairs and my grand total for getting the dam thing passed the MOT this year was..........(drum roll).......£411.90 :'( :'( :o :o

ouch....but there are some service items there that dont count imho (tyres)

2 coil springs.....69.56 (vat 20.87) = 159.98
3 tyres..............50.61 (22.77)      = 174.60
Valve (3)...........2.83   (1.27)        = 9.75
wheel balance....5.43   (2.45)        = 18.75
Mot test .......................................= 39.95

goods total..............323.44
                                 39.95
Vat total..................  48.51
GRAND TOTAL           £411.90   :o :o
