I add a bottle every 3rd oil change as mileage is getting up a bit (145k),as do have a bit of a click but not really sure if noisey lifter or exhaust manifold.

had a bottle in now for about 100 miles now
not makeing much differance  :(
but to be honest, it has only been sat in trafic around town  :(
