Last year when I bought a pair of genuine VX droplinks they were supplied without the retainings nuts.

I complained and they came back with 4 nylock style and wanted to charge for those as well...Told them they should have been supplied as part of the deal and after a visit from the parts manager common sense prevailed.

In truth I acnnot see why the existing nuts couldn,t be re used as Weds suggests...unless the treaded bar is different but as it should be a nylock type it will be very tight to turn much beyond a start anyway
