You need to book an appointment. Whilst they will try to fit people in, those with appointments obviously get priority, and if you've driven any distance, could end up disappointed.

No, I will book - Chesham is not exactly just around the corner!
Should bushes etc need replacing ( I suspect they will), would I have to go back, or would they likely as not either stock them or be able to obtain them the same day?

you need to check the bushes before you go to WIM. They will check them for you i guess but they will not stock them as as i know , but if they did you then get a labour charge as well. :o

sts tyre pro over at strood are a wim franchise although never used but they always seem busy when i go passed  :y
