You will beat it, been a while since I fitted one. I assume you are taking out your old shelf? So if it does get damaged it's not the end of the world. Just be careful with your interior. Like I said, it is a tight fit. Good luck.

so its...

headrests off
headrest guides out
c/d pillar trims off (both sides), which entails taking the rear grab handles off, too
bose stuff out
6mm screws out holding the blind to the shelf
all the plastic clips relieved carefully to re-use
the air grille doesn't need to come out

to do it properly without damaging anything will take an hour.

Why I suggested two people was that I found the white plastic stud popper ends when pinched and poked into the retaining hole , a few kept popping back and locking when you got back inside the car.

 >:( Forget it.......!  >:( (the polite version of what I thought today)

Well followed the guide, use the tips that people gave and the bloody thing still wouldn't budge.  Even wedge myself in the rear door pillar pulling with two hands till turning red and it sill didn't move  - and I'm not a weak chap in my arms :-?

Begining to wonder if someones had the thing out before and glued the damn thing back in place!

I've decided to wait and till there is one on here to buy (if ever they is a day  ::))

Thanks though to everyone that helped out with advice, much appreciated  :y
