That'd be great... I'll Message you... Id like to try and do that part myself and then perhaps just get the Pinion seal done somewhere as that looks a bit more involved...
You MUST use genuine GM gaskets.  PM andyc for prices (much cheaper than other dealers) ;)

Reading through various threads and local mechanics estimates it appears that they're all useless and incompetent.

The guys on here a.) know what they're doing and b.) never rip anyone off.

So as said before get someone on here to do your mechanical jobs.

I go to Daz and he lives in Stoke so it's a 2 hour trip each way! But I'd rather spend money on petrol and a day trip to see a nice guy and have peace of mind rather than spend £65 (I think what Vx charge) for an inspection where, so far as I can tell, they've lifted the bonnet, drank a tea, scratched their nuts, shut it again and collected your £65 and done precisely fek all >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:( >:(

Nb. I am sure this doesn't go for all Vx dealers but certainly it does for the ones in my locality!

So do I great chap.Don't go on a Thursday.... the Oatcake shop is closed ;D ;D
