Spotted this on the way to a OOF meeting
« on: 28 February 2012, 21:05:56 »

Forgot to post this earlier!

On the way to the Midlands OOF meeting this Sunday, had this come past in the opposite direction.

I know what it is, anyone else recognise it, sounded sweet to and I'd put money on it that it was a V8 hiding in the engine bay.
(by the way, apologises for the low res photo, taken from the cars CCTV system and it never comes out as good as the actual video)

well, first glance says Vx droop snoot,  BUT...  looking at the line of the A pillars, and rear window curve,     it might be a capri...  i do recall seeing some group A beasties with that kind of front end back in the day....

Does look something like it's just rolled out of a Mad Max film, but got to see the rear end of it as it went past and it was indeed as highlight above in a very modified state, didn't have time to spin around and follow it to see if I could get the drivers attention to take some proper photos of it though unfortunately  ::)
