Ok, so apart from not agreeing with what I've said then please advise what's actually wrong with it.

On the contrary Rob. I wholeheartedly agree with you mate. If people adhered to what I suggested, maybe, just maybe, acrimonious online "flare-ups" would hopefully be a rarity

This is a prime example of what happens on here far too often. I don't think Rob was aiming a dig a your post Robert, just stating an opinion. The fact that he quoted your post made it look otherwise. It's not easy to know what someone means when you're not actually talking to them face-to-face.

I'm off to drive my V6 down the post office now and may return via my own private road and test the multiram thingies. 4500 RPM isn't it?

They work just fine thanks. I think my trip computer must be broken, won't go less than 7mpg
