Push gently back with the heels so the chair moves away from the desk.

Place both hands on the edge of the desk in front of you.

Place both feet frmly on the floor directly beneath the mkees

Pressing down firmly with the arms, straighten the knees without moving the feet.

This will cause your body to rise to the vertical .. a.k.a "standing up"

Look at the monitor.

There you go .. you've achieved what you wanted ...  ......
