As many of you are aware, a number of challenges have been encountered in the last 72 hours with respect to three of our members.

As an interim measure, these three are currently excluded from partaking in the forum whilst private discussions with all involved and the admins take place.

Once these discussions have concluded, an agreed plan of action will be implemented which will look to resolve the existing challenge and minimise the probability of its occurance in the future.

Lets all bare in mind that the people that run, maintain and oversee this forum do so for no financial reward, In fact I'll wager they have to dip into there own pockets to keep things going, not to mention they also must dedicate an awful lot of there free time.
So as has been said in numerous posts lets all back off and let them sort the the issues that has caused this conflict. Nuff said.

Might be best to leave that descision to the admins.
