Hi i have problem whit my AC fans!!! When im start my car AC fans work all the time. Heating control is on HI. I change the HBV. any help please

as in with the letters "ECO" illuminated?

If "ECO" is illuminated then aircon is OFF
If "ECO" is not illuminated then aircon is ON
