While I am waiting for the pearls of wisdom from eternal. I have been looking for alternatives.

What peoples thoughts on ETS Exhausts might have to try them next.

Be interesting to see what Eternals current listings say.  Clearly they need to use another courier.

Running out of realistic options on exhausts by the looks.

Eternal refuse to answer the phone, and we are supposed to contact them via email, through eBay, if theres a problem, and get responses on this level?

I think not!

hi mate
technicaly its there problem so they have got to sort it out youve paid the money before parcel force changed the rules and eternal would have known about this weeks ogo this i am talking from expieriance of the parcel game if i am wright parcel force would have had to give them 6 weeks notice of the change of terms &conditions so eternal are responsable for the extra charge as the should have changed there listing to suit not your problem its theirs you should expect your del as normal how many outhers have they tried this on

This has been an interesting post as I am going to need a new centre box before the end of the month.  Could someone please put up the address for ETS Exhausts?

Thanks in advance.

Hi everyone

Just a update for you all, After the truely amazing suggestion that they cut it half I emailed them and after a little email tennis they agreed to foot the majority of the extra cost and I would pay a small amount which I was happy to do. they responded promptly and dealt with the issue well. So I have got past the ridiculous suggestion to cut it in half and weld it back up.  I am pleased to say that the exhaust has now arrived and I am pleased with what I have seen so far but lets see how well it fits.

Pete
