Value of the Jeep is £150 lower with the personal plate than without, go figure...... ::) ::) ::)

Would they be presuming you would keep the plate and have to allow for new registration? I doubt it, but just a thought.

brother in law phoned these people and was told they would pay him £75........ He politely told them to swivel...

Phone and ask them how much for your own cars out of curiousity.. Not sure where they get their prices from...

They're (essentially) the buying arm of CarCraft et al, same group, in fact.

Didn't know that. I know it can be an 'experience' just goingto look at their cars, ie we want you to sit down & give us loads of details about yourself before you even get through the door.  >:(

But I've just had jamesv6 on the timing belt ( many thanks) and Mot'd it - so am now using it after its been parked up for two years.- It's a lot nicer than a tired astravan

after we bought our Mv6 i had to sell the astra convertible to pay for the mkiggy...
we buy any any car offered without seeing £700 for a 52 plat astra convertible...book price was a min of £1300
Needless to say,i didnt use them,not that desperate to be ripped off

I weighed in my 3.2 last week and despite having ripped out all of the seats from it and a few extras which made the car slightly lighter, drove it down and in, and came out with £225 for it.

I was curious what they'd offer me for the Lotus Carlton. Answer 3k!!!! One of the bods phoned me and couldn't understand why I didn't like the price. Mind you he could hardly speak English  ::)
