Heavy job coming up

Got some of the real old fashioned, built to last forever, large paving slabs to lay.....Any offers of advice? (be kind please) :D

Here's one.  Shag your missus after finishing the job.  You'll find your lower back can do allsorts you never knew possible and you'll want to lay more paving slabs :y

My advice would be, make sure you keep your fingers well out of the way when dropping them in position ::)

 ;D ;D ;D ;D :D 'bout what I expected so looks like its a project that will be done as and when (I get my ass well and truly bitten by the other half) 'cos its for the BBQ hard standing.
Hmmmm, someone else mentioned something about hard standing too but I think that was for a different thingy.
As for watching the fingees, already had the big lesson so won't be doing that again........ :'(

Council slab size? (600x600x50) .. those things are heavy! Laid a bunch at my old place to put a shed on and I remember it being back breaking .. and there were only 12 of the things! ;D
