coolent leak

Hi all ree here again ive had a leaking coolent  from which i thought was at rear of engine as saw red fluid stain around that area.
took front skuttle off could,nt really see to much felt all round pipes so forth its not a bad leak prob once a week top up i turneed engine on for awhile full heating on still could not find leak / its not water pump or anything to do with rad , worried might do casket in if not found and fixed. do i need a pressure test to find it ?? or is there somewhere i havent looked ,as its hard to tell as been leaking awhile so fluid well over much of the back end of engine , heres hopeing  Ree

take scuttle off by windscreen, looking in engine bay rear left of engine is where the hbv lives, pain to see and get at  :( but a coolant leak usually points to the hbv fubared and leaking, if not hbv your best bet is as you have said pressure test the system but put your heater through all operations as you are doing it  :y

Probably HBV mate at back of block drivers side - see http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/index.php?topic=90574.0 for advice on replacing. :y

Whats with the large blue letters mate - most of us don't need specsavers yet  ???

What years your omega, could be leaking from head gasket passager side, leaking out-wards not into cly common problem to, have done many.
