Just musing, but why did VX detune the BMW TD engine? Just so that they could use the AR25 box? Seems a stretch, as it cannot be much cheaper than the AR35, which is in the same case. ??? ??? ???

I think its more a case of BMW not letting vauxhall have the full fat version,they wouldn't want an Omega keeping up with a 5 series,same with the Range rover,that was down on bhp as well. :-\
