No heat in car

As per the title iv not heat going in the car the fans are on its blowing cold air though only even after car has warmed up help >:(

Is it cold both sides of the car? If one side is warm then arm has come of flap. Good write up on here on how to do it. If cold first check HBV see if it's working or the vacuum has failed some how. If it all appears to be ok then I'd be checking blocked heater matrix or poor water circulation. However if you had that I'd be surprised if it wasn't over heating

I'm going to check it later the hbv I changed summer of 2010 has been ok since till the other day no heat in gna give it a once over and check it all can you point me in direction of write up temp gets to 96-98 and fans kick in about 10-15 mins from cold start

Remove & plug vac pipe on top of HBV see if you get heat then.

still no heat in the car anyone any ideas please tried hbv in stuck can anyone point me in a maintence guide to diag or fix problem please  :y
