HI alllll many thanks for all your tips and advice done the top up seems it was ok anyway , ive brought a new mass air flow sensor meter and pipe as was split , going to clean up the icv ,and carb to see if that will do the trick as its irratic up to 2000 revs and back pluss sometimes cuts out all together. hope to do this 2moz and check for air leaks if this all fails to cure its back to head scratch and your trusty site . got new gaskets  CHEAP at £3.00  keep you informed hope that this will stop my clunking in and out of gears because of high revs , .
