Hi mates. I got W reg omega 2.5V6. I want to fit cruise control from 52reg Omega. Can i do that. how easy is to fit. Thanks

The later model is DBW but the earlier one isn't  :-\

so the answer is no - the DBW works by software in the ECU and controlling the throttle that way.  the earlier ones had a mechanical actuator

The 52 reg will be a dbw engine (electronic throttle body) the only things that will work is th stalks and brake / clutch switch. You need all the other gubbins, from a 2.5/3.0

Make sure you get the actuator unit with the correct  Bowden cable. Two different lengths depending on whether short or long plenum ;)

I have a short cabled actuator.... If needed... The guys on here are awesome and got me running with cruise!  :y :y :y
