Car Insurance
« on: 19 May 2012, 08:40:35 »

Mrs AA's insurance came through, £50 increase, she rang them up and asked why it had gone up, as the car is worth less this year than last.

Bloke said just a minute, came back and said we can offer you the discount of the day which is £100.

So it's cost her £50 less than last year.

But why is it up to you to phone & challenge their original quote? Why didn't they offer you their best quote in the first place?  >:( >:( >:(
