I've not done a complete swop either, but have done the door cards seats etc, just not carpet and glove box's etc.  I'm more than willing to meet up with you both and help :y

well ive had the glove box fuse box all kind of boxes out so were okay there its just the carpets and parcel shelf bit and the seat belt bits wern't it Rob?? Come on Master enlighten us with your ridiculous knowledge of omegas  :D ;D

facelift glovebox piece of piss just remove all passenger side air vent and it come out once you undo the 3 torx bolts just gotta be careful of the glovebox light :y

Large crowbar and a bit of leverage should work ::) ;D ;D ;D

Face lift glove box out is dead simple, follow the guide on replacing the catch and it all makes sense... 3 screws to airbag, 4 screws from the front, remove the lefthand airvent, 2 screws from behind there ... lift it out and unplug the electrics .. switch and light.... lift it right out.. :)
