Our passing was hopeless, some serious work yet to do. Sweden is an average side, not an impressive performance from us.

True, but, at risk of repeating the studio pundits, England did show some relaxed play near the end. Simple passing, but effective. Almost confident.

Confidence being no1 concern IMO. And when I hear that Loro idiot writing the team off in front of the nation before the game is even finished, it's no wonder confidence is on the floor.

Hodgeson has a good angle on the problem IMO. If I was him I'd be on the phone bollocking a few studio "experts"!

I had my doubts about Woy, but I'm very happy to be proved wrong. Well drilled team, same failings on possesion, but playing as a team with passion, something that Capello did not acheive in 2010. Woy also made very good substitutions.  :y :y :y

England did it the hard way, second half was good entertainment but not for the faint hearted. The three lions roared.  :y :y :y
