Pre facelift estate rear springs

I need a pair quick and cheapish if possible  :'(

Snapped one in half this morning bouncing  driving slowly over a speed bump  :-[

Can anybody recomend any ?

Are they left / right handed or universal ?

One single spring no good to anyone. Always change springs in axle pairs.

Plus it's a continuos width wire. Omega ones taper at the ends.

Tbh, I was going to change both anyway chris  ;)
I'm not quite that skint  ;D ;D ;D

Would the taper be a problem ?

They are/should be progressive rate spring. Single width wire will not give a progressive rising rate.(gets stiffer the more it's compressed)

Tbh, I could do with them a little bit stiffer because of the gas tank and the amout of weight I carry in the back  :)
I'll have a look in the morning though  :y

According to the ebay advert, they should be tapered at both ends.
They should be here thursday or friday
