Sintra front hub torque setting

Hi,anyone idea what i could be,just looked at Omega,320 Nm,looks like having to buy a new torque wrench too!

It's times like this when I do a bit of mental arithmetic and work out how far a long the breaker bar a 15 stone bloke needs to be...   :-X

Its a very different setup to the Omega being front wheel drive with CV joints.

So:

Wheel bearing unit to steering knuckle bolts (3 off) 130Nm with thread lock.
Cv joint to wheel bering unit retaining bolt (1 off) 160Nm.

When fitting the unit, I seem to recall that the ABS senosr wire needs to be at 6 Oclock so check its location when you take the old one off.

From my experiance, a lot more than 320Nm.... ::)

235 ft.lb. 210 lb of bloke, so about a foot and a bit along the breaker bar.  :y

Yes but, only a fool pushes down with thier full boy weight on a breaker bar........ :o
