Someone stole your design andy  ::) ???

....but why make the extensions so narrow? :-\ I sincerely hope that  Andy B patented his invention. :y

They are not much wider than my bits of wood.   :D My ramps are the same as Andy's (over thirty years old) and as I've already said, my bits of wood have bent the spars, so the width does matter.
Mind you, I do have a bad habit of parking halfway up the ramps to do low down jobs.  ::)  ;D ;D
If I catch the ramps wrong on my block paving, it's like having a pair of ski's on the front of the car.  ;D ;D

I bet the ramps I have are even older, They were my Dad's he bought them when I was a kid but despite the odd rub down and respray they keep going.
Must get TG to knock up some of those extensions with the stick set.

stopping this is easy and cheap
cut a strip of carpet about 3 feet long and attach it to the lower rung of the ramp, either with nuts and bolts and big washers or some nice thick cable ties.
the car drives over the carpet so the ramp dosnt slip :y

Most ramps I've seen/used are too steep for the Omega front bumpers, then again I'm used to facelifts which have bigger bumpers anyway. Always have to use a block of wood to reduce the incline so it misses the bumper

have about 3mm gap from bumper to ramp. bottom bit is rubber on bumper.

Never seen ramps that are Omega-friendly yet! Last time this thread came up (old site) I posted pics of my wooden ones made for my Mk 1 Astra (Ramps still in use, ashtray well rotted away).
