I'm sure if you phone Sky again and tell them their last attempt to fix it failed they will be straight back on the case. You can ask them who you spoke to then, as I'm sure they will be able to drag up the old ticket that was raised. You clearly have a problem with your dish installation.

Have you tried a 3 pin restart? Pull the mains plug wait a minute and then plug back in. Then switch box back on with handset.

It might otherwise be your LNB connection needs remaking.

I frequently have issues, but then it took 3 attempts to get it fitted as the trees can cause issues

Mind you, I've since spoken to a proper engineer and he says it's no surprise and it needs repositioning on a sturdier bracket. This has been on the cards for 18 months so we might actually get around to it soon Plus I'll be fitting a bigger dish too
