 :-\hello guys and gall,s am on holiday in yeovil and got chance to see an omega befoer i go home 300 miles . viewing at 6 pm tomorrow night, short notice i know. my own car is ok so dont know what to look for that might be costly later, so any help would be greatfull. if the body work looks good and i dont see any rust, i could use some help on what i need to do i would be greatfull for any help regards boz

you dont say which engine is fitted or model or year;) check for service history,check when cambelt was last done (40,000 mile intervals or 4 years which ever comes first).Mayo on dipstick and test drive it

Not necessarily an issue mate - most V6s used for short runs show this

Depending on year etc, do a pedal trick etc and see if any codes show up and check the tyres and see if there is any obvious signs of uneven wear
