Missing relay in under column fuse box

It looks like a relay is missing from my lovely Omega - what is the missing relay for?...anything to do with the puddle jumpers, as mine are not working? I have tried to upload picture below - hope it has worked.

pic too small. If its top one, self levelling suspension
