Oh ! For some head bolts...
« on: 11 July 2012, 11:22:10 »

Gave 'BuyPartsBy' a try, needed a lot of bits. Rang in £375 order last Friday, checked yesterday and today on progress... 'Processing'. Was told last Friday,  parts would be with me today at latest. Tried to use their 'online chat' system... 'operator offline' ? Rang them, very nice and polite bloke kept me waiting just a few moments, then the standard apology together with, 'for some reason our central warehouse didn't send your headbolts through to complete your order, I'll have it despatched today'. Had I not rung, would my order have sat there for evermore ? Bloke at the engineering firm sitting waiting for the parts, now I suppose he'll have jobs set for tomorrow, then start Friday, then it's the weekend........ ' Ho Hum '...  :(

Under-steer is when the front of the car hits the wall, and over-steer is when the rear of the car hits the wall.
Power is how fast you hit the wall and torque is how much of the wall you take with you.

Aye?

The word filter messing with words Chris.....

You old car. Apparently the Auxbelt found its way around inbetween the crank and cambelt.....it then bent a number of valves. I offered to go and sort it for Jusme, but he had arranged with someone down that way to fix it for him.. However the bill has somewhat to be desired  :o :( He is stuck without a car in a bit of a predicament being fair...
