Prices have been frozen for last 12 months, going up by roughly 1.2% on average.

I suspect if petrol prices had been frozen for 12 months, then only rising by same amount your thoughts would have been different.

But if it makes you feel better, that cost rise is going straight into my pocket as a pay rise  ;)  ;D

Snigger ;D ;D

Mind you, it's a shame they don't look after the existing customers as well as they work to get new ones ::)

Its true, could do better in that respect. Although recently I did get 4 people from OOF, upgraded to Sports or Movies at 50% discount.

Did you take out Sky Broadband? You should have been sent one? I got one when I got my staff subscription couple of years ago. They look like mini digi-boxes....

Unless you mean a WiFi router for Anytime+ ?

I'll see what they offer next round, out of interest what would you like to have? I can always feed it back  :)

Worth a call up & blag, they *might* give you one. Think usual cost is around £60 though  :(

But if you can wait a couple of weeks, I think I have a spare one kicking at home :)

Sky offer a service for a published price. Up to you if you want it. Nobody forces you. If you feel its too expensive for what you get, don't subscribe. Simples.

For me, Sky (even with some of tunnie's generous initial discounts) is more than I want to pay, considering how little I'd use it. So I stick with Freeview.

That said, I'm all for Sky bashing ;D

I should add, I cancelled my Sky subscription when it went from £13 to £15. For everything - sports and films.
