Just watching " Telly Savalas narrates Birmingham" on Sky arts 2, How and why this thing was made in 1981 completely mystifies me but it's strangely watchable.

Yes, that channel ran a series of such 'unusual' films made by Harold Baim - well worth looking out for as they're repeated on a regular basis.
