HBV help want

I am going to be changing the HBV on my 2.2 petrol auto soon does anyone have any diagrams/ instruction how to go about this job i looked at the links on this site but they are on v6 engines and i assume rightly or wrongly that it will be different on the 2.2 .

can anyone of you great people help me i love my omega and want to keep her running for a long time so can you also advise other parts i should be change to keep on top of the car 

its a 2.2 CD auto petrol on a 2002 it z22xe engine

also sometime when moving slowly ie parking the steering goes very heavy what should i be looking out for?

The H.B.V. would still be connected to the heater matrix which will be in the same place on a 2.2 or a v6. Access should be a little easier I would imagine...

I don't think the 2.2 is equipped  with speed sensitive (servotronic) steering but I could be wrong, if it's not then that narrows down the second problem to either low or dirty fluid or a weak power steering pump.
