Cem- here in Scotland people go outside and stare in amazement whenever we see the sun!
Many scots take a 2 week holiday in turkey just to turn from blue to pink 

 

First sun this morning for a while , cem can have all the rain now our summer has begun  0ne week of sun and we will be moaning of it too hot and imminent drought 

P.s  still have coat on

Not as warm as it should be but should be warming up on sunday monday , dont like the heat myself ...would do me in living in turkey

this is from saturday to wednesday.. you can add 4-5 degrees in real.. if I'll not evaporate I'll continue posting

Sun can make quite funny things sometimes. I slept on the sun only once but the print of my hand is stayed on my chest...everybody were loughing on me for minimum a year...

I would'nt last 5 minutes in Turkey Cem. Even the UK summers are too much for me. I can take a dry heat & gentle breeze & i turn golden brown, really tan up a treat no burning but i can't take still air & humidity, it's stifling.

   I come from grey cold England, it's how i like it & where i belong!

That is very hot and the high humidity will make it uncomfortable.

I love hot weather (hate cold), but would find those temperatures and humidity levels uncomfortable. So good luck on getting lower temperatures and humidity.

I have to use factor 30 and limit my time in the sun, so I tan slowly, as I have very fair skin.

It has now turned much cooler in the Ukraine only 26-30degC there, a couple of weeks a go it was 40 to 50degC during the day and 25-30degC at night.

yep.. I also use high factors and I prefer to tan slowly which is more healthy and permanent..
 
 
temperatures above 30 is dangerous (as these are shadow temperatures) and above 40 is slaughter.. very dangerous for elderly people even if they stay in shadow.. they have to drink lots of water which wont be easy for their heart   
 
besides their bodies can easily loose electrolyte stability .. and I dont start to talk about kidneys

When I used to do a lot of cycling in hot weather, especially on holiday in the South of France, I always used to use Isostar powder with water in drink bottles for this.
