Vx subcontractors ?
« on: 30 July 2012, 12:41:57 »

Hi all,

do you have any info in point of vx/opel subcontractors, which manufacture and transport a lot of high quality parts to vx/opel cars  to be completed? There are some actor on the after market eg Fachet, Delphi and so on, which are producing the same parts as applied in vx/opel cars but you can see these parts in the shops not as vx/opel ones but Fachet, Delphi and so on. And of course you pay much less for them although they are the same...I mean which product of which subcontractor can be the same as genuine vx part?

Trouble is, SupplierA may well supply PartA to GM, and also sell an equivilent PartA to the retail supply chain. Thats not to say Part A supplied to GM and Part A supplied to the chain will be identical. In many cases they won't be, as GM will have contractual agreements that specifically prohibit it.
