Was going to try and get tickets, but the seats that are empty are empty for a reason. They are feking expensive!

Easily £100+ for cheapest ticket for some events, MrsT managed to see Team GB footie, would have liked tickets to swimming, so many empty seats!  >:(

Oddly, London is like a Ghost town at the moment.

Mrs Albs and son were at the swimming event last night and saw the young Jock get the silver.Apparently it was quite exciting. :)
Next week I will mostly be attending the athletics (including that Bolt fella in the 200m final) and also the closing ceremony.
Apparently there were many people in the Olympic park yesterday who desperately wanted tickets for events, yet quite few empty seats (although a lot of those were in the Press section),the ticketing system seems to be a shambles.

I tried several times to get tickets as would have loved to attend. But could not get any. Then when I heard how much I was glad.
Surely to fill the place with cheaper tickets would have been better? Plus would stop tauts ripping people off too..
Looking forward to the indoor cycling. I have not seen thighs like Chris Hoyes gee up :o
Some more medals there me thinks  :y
