Has anyone else had problems with the Owners manual link here?

It starts to load, but then locks up ....... is it just me?  :-\

Actually, right click, and save to disk, then open from there

Yes. I'd wanted it the other day & didn't get anywhere with. I was just trying again. (I know it a facelift manual  :y)
