Great video, EMD.

I freely admit to knowing SFA about the rotary engine.

I understand that the RX-8 has twin rotors of 654 c.c..........making 1308 c.c or a weedy 1.3 litres.

Looks like I've no need to worry about the cambelt going tits up and taking the valves and piston with it.

Apart from spinning triangles instead of pistons the technology reminds me of the numerous smoky two strokes I once owned.

Yes there is that i think  spinning triangles indeed ....ive listened to a few on the tube and they do seem to rev high , coupled with a sport exhaust they pop and blow back quite a bit with flames
